9 Delicious & Simple Keto Crockpot Recipes to Make Tonight

Keto & Crockpots Make Loving Relationship

Whether you consider yourself a master chef or a complete novice, having a crockpot is a necessity. Crockpots might be the most useful cooking device to have in the kitchen.

They are low maintenance and can pretty much cook any type of food you can think of.

One of the best parts is that these slow cookers just make whatever food you are preparing taste so much better. Meats become way more tender. Vegetables become soft and delicious.

The number of uses for crockpots isn’t only limited to cooking meals, but below are going be crockpot recipes that will fit any keto diet that you are on. They are easy to make and equally as delicious.

9 Easy to Make Keto Crockpot Recipes

The idea of the crockpot recipe is to set it and forget it. Prepare what needs to go into the pot and then you leave it alone for a couple of hours.

You’d be very surprised at the things you can make in a crockpot.

These delicious recipes are a perfect example.

Cheese Stuffed Turkey Meatballs

Cheese stuffed turkey meatballs keto crockpot recipe

Turkey and cheese lovers can rejoice with this recipe. Also, if you happen to love meatballs as well, this is perfect for you.

Cheese is sort of a staple of the keto diet. If you want to reach your macros with something that’s easy and delicious then you need cheese.

These turkey meatballs are going to give you a ton of protein and fats while having minimal carbs. I don’t know what else you could ask for when it comes to a keto diet. A meatball stuffed with cheese might get your mouth to water a little bit.

Having something like this can be eaten by itself or paired with another meal. These meatballs even serve as a great snack when you need a little something between meals.

Macros (per 3 meatballs):
Fats: 18.3g
Proteins: 35.2g
Net Carbs: 3.9g

Pork Roast

Chimichurri pork roast crockpot keto recipe

Pot roast is one of my personal favorite meals. The meat is usually so tender that it basically melts in your mouth. Who doesn’t love it when the meat is so good that minimal effort is required when eating it? We’ve all had experience with meat that’s so tough, you don’t want to eat it anymore.

This recipe can be made with a sugar-free sauce but is not required. The sauce is just going to add a little extra boost of flavor.

You typically aren’t going to need to add anything more to this meal, like a side dish. There are already some vegetables in it so you won’t need to worry about making more.

The slow cooking of the pork is going to make the meat extremely tender so scooping it out of the crockpot is going to be an adventure in itself since it should be falling apart piece by piece.

Macros:
Fats: 8g
Proteins: 17g
Net Carbs: 4g

Ranch Chicken

Ranch chicken keto crockpot recipe

Now, this recipe doesn’t call for having ranch, sorry for those of you that can eat ranch with literally anything. That’s just the name to get your hopes up a little bit. Trust me, when you taste this meal, you aren’t going to even worry about not having any actual ranch to go with this chicken dish.

Although, you are going to be making your own ranch dressing that can go well with the chicken. So, all hope isn’t lost for the ranch lovers, even though it’s not necessarily the ranch you probably love.

Another upside to this meal, other than it’s already great taste, is the added flavors of the broccoli and bacon that are present. When you cook the chicken with the broccoli and bacon, all of the flavors fuse together to create something you may have never had before.

Macros:
Fats: 23g
Proteins: 39g
Net Carbs: 5g

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken

Buffalo chicken is great. Making buffalo chicken in a crockpot only makes it better. Who knew that something great could be made greater.

You’re going to have the tender meat combined with a great flavor. The little bit of added ranch is going to give you an extra flavor. Ranch is a good sidekick to buffalo chicken so when you add the ranch, which is required for this recipe, you are going to get that combination you are used to.

Make sure you stick to the proper cooking time for this recipe. You want the chicken to be as tender as possible. So, if you cook the meat too long, it’ll get burnt, if you don’t cook it long enough, the meat won’t be tender.

Macros:
Fats: 8g
Proteins: 52g
Net Carbs: 1g

Crockpot Taco Soup

If you love tacos then you’re guaranteed to love this taco soup. I know taco soup doesn’t really sound like a traditional meal that you would like. It’s either tacos or soup, but combining the two just seems unheard of.

If you want taco flavor without all the hassle of having a mess made from a taco shell, this recipe will not disappoint you at all.

You’re going to get all the joys of a taco in a much simpler form.

Macros:
Fats: 43g
Proteins: 33g
Net Carbs: 4g

Crockpot Chicken Bacon Chowder

Some of you may consider yourself chowder experts. I definitely don’t consider myself one of those people. I do know that this recipe has to be near the top of chowders that I’ve had in my life.

The crockpot just makes this recipe delicious. Because of this crockpot recipe, I am fully convinced that cooking anything in the crockpot makes it taste better.

Cooking things low and slow are just amazing. Yes, this requires you to take more time to cook things, but they are 100% worth it.

This recipe has some minor details that you need to pay attention to if you want to perfect it but once you do that, you have officially made some of the best chowders in your life.

Macros:
Fats: 28g
Proteins: 21g
Net Carbs: 5.8g

Lamb Barbacoa

Lamb barbacoa keto crockpot recipe

If you are lamb lover then you are going to enjoy this lamb barbacoa. It’s going to melt in your mouth and there isn’t going to be anything that could take your mind away from how amazing the flavor is.

This recipe doesn’t have any vegetables added to it like some of the recipes on this list, so if you are wanting some, which you should, then you are going to have to cook them on the side.

You probably could cook the lamb and vegetables together, but if you do this, you need to understand that the meat is probably going to have a slightly different taste to it, as with the vegetables.

Adding vegetables to the recipe could also change the cook time of the meat. You might need to add a little more time to the total the recipe suggests.

Macros:
Fats: 35.8g
Proteins: 37.5g
Net Carbs: 0.7g

Balsalmic Chicken Thighs

Balsamic chicken keto crockpot recipe

Out of all the recipes on this list, this one may provide you with the best looking end product. The chicken thighs are going to look absolutely beautiful when you take them out of the crockpot.

It might be best to use boneless chicken thighs so that you can get the most tender chicken possible when this recipe.

When you have food that looks just as good as it should taste, then you are going to be a happy camper. You should have a smile from ear to ear when eating this chicken.

Macros:
Fats: 4g
Proteins: 20.1g
Net Carbs: 5.5g

Crock Pot Chicken Soup

If you ask me, “What’s one meal that you could suggest to almost anybody and you know they’ll love it?” My answer will always be chicken soup.

Now, this recipe is slightly different from the traditional chicken soup you are probably used to but it definitely doesn’t lack in flavor.

The kale that is in this recipe is a superfood so its impact on your health goes beyond the benefits of the keto diet.

Macros:
Fats: 20g
Proteins: 22g
Net Carbs: 8g

Crockpot Love

As I said before, a crockpot is probably the most useful device anybody could have in their kitchen. Most people don’t use them enough. Take advantage of such a good cooking device to take your kitchen skills from mediocre to a top-level chef.
