Blueberries are a fruit that I honestly believe I can eat all day. The good thing about them is that they are a keto approved fruit.

This fat bomb is going to give you a creamy blueberry taste that you’re going to love almost immediately.

When you make them, they aren’t going to be big, hence why the fats may seem a little low, but feel free to have as many as you want to catch up to your macros because this is the perfect low carb, low protein fat bomb.

If you’re a fan of coconut then this is a fat bomb for you.

Personally, coconut is never the first choice for me, not because of the taste, but because of the texture.

With this recipe, you don’t have that typical coconut texture so you don’t have that grainy feeling on your tongue. You’ll be making the fat bombs from the sheds of coconut, but the texture is different when you actually eat it.

You will also get a hint of cinnamon which will give you that extra sweetness you might be looking for as well.

The recipe isn’t a hard one and isn’t very time-consuming. This type of combo when it comes to baking will make the entire process much more exciting.
