As you know, you need more fats than anything as part of this diet.

Fat bombs provide you with enough fats that if you are struggling to get enough in your diet, then you should have no problem keeping up with them after eating one.
Below are recipes that of fat bombs that you need in your life, mostly because they provide you with a bit of sweetness that you can have after any meal or just as a mid day snack.

Sweet and salty are always a great combination, but when you add peanut butter to the mix, your mouth should start to water a little.
Although you’ll need around an hour to finish this recipe completely, you’ll see that it’s 100% worth the work.
The recipe makes 8 servings of this delicious treat so you can save a lot for later if you want. You’re not going to want to share these with anybody.

Coconut Cinnamon Fat Bombs

If you’re a fan of coconut then this is a fat bomb for you.
Personally, coconut is never the first choice for me, not because of the taste, but because of the texture.
With this recipe, you don’t have that typical coconut texture so you don’t have that grainy feeling on your tongue. You’ll be making the fat bombs from the sheds of coconut, but the texture is different when you actually eat it.
You will also get a hint of cinnamon which will give you that extra sweetness you might be looking for as well.
The recipe isn’t a hard one and isn’t very time-consuming. This type of combo when it comes to baking will make the entire process much more exciting.

Chocolate Fat Bomb

With this recipe, you’ll be making your own chocolate bars. Now, they aren’t your traditional Hershey’s chocolate bar, but they are just as tasty while providing you with the fats you need to stay on track with your macros.
All you need to do is melt the ingredients together and freeze them once they are mixed. It’s as simple as that.
You’ll have about 4 servings when you finish making this fat bomb so it’s important to remember that you need some self-control when eating these chocolate bars. Yes, it’s going to be tasty and remind you of how delicious actual chocolate bars but you need to stay on track with your macros. You don’t want to throw everything off because you let your sweet tooth get the best of you after one taste.

Pudding Fat Bomb
All you need is a sugar-free Jell-O pack of any flavor and heavy whipping cream. The whipping cream is what you’ll use as a substitute for the milk pudding recipes usually call for.
A typical Jell-O pack will make about 4 servings so you should have some leftovers to consume the next day if you want a quick snack.
Don’t eat too much because one serving of this will put you relatively close to your limit for carbs for the day. If you aren’t paying attention you could easily go overboard with the carbs. This is something nobody wants when you are a strict keto diet.

Neapolitan Fat Bombs

This recipe will make about 24 servings. However, when you have a fat bomb mold, it becomes a lot easier to see the separation of the 24 servings.
1 fat bomb is 1 serving with this recipe.
If you struggle to choose between what kind of sweet flavor you want, Neapolitan is a great choice because you get three flavor bursts in one. You’ll have the traditional chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavors that almost everyone loves to have.
It’s not quite like the Neapolitan ice cream you may have been used to, but it’s a great substitute, especially on this diet. You can’t argue that this will satisfy your taste buds in a way that most other diet foods cannot.

Being from Florida, having a creamsicle on a hot summer day is something that will never leave my mind or my taste buds.
With this recipe, you’ll be able to get the classic creamsicle flavor with all the fats you need to keep up with your macros.
This is a very simple recipe where all you need to do is blend the ingredients and freeze them once they are mixed. Easy, simple, and delicious. These are three things I think everyone would love about any recipe they try.
Get the taste of something that could make you feel like a kid again.

PB and Chocolate Fat Bomb

Peanut butter and chocolate have been best friends since the invention of the Reese’s Cup. The two together just give your taste buds a ride that you don’t want to ever end.
This recipe will provide you with a similar sensation so you can have a smile with every bite.
You’ll have to do slightly more work with this recipe than the other recipes. By that I mean you have to stir all the dry ingredients together. You can’t just blend them and go about your way. So, the recipe is still easy and shouldn’t give you any problems.

This is a fat bomb that will be a great pairing for anything you have at breakfast. They are also great for when you’re in a hurry and need to get on the road quickly.
Again, this is another simple recipe that doesn’t require much time in the kitchen. You can even sneak in a few extra pecans if you’re feeling a bit crazy.

Try Them All
As you can see, some fat bombs have a slightly higher carb count. This can greatly affect your diet if you aren’t careful. You don’t need to go crazy and eat all the fat bombs you make in one sitting.
Fat bombs are more or less made so that you have something you can snack on if you are falling behind on your macros. You don’t want to use these as a meal.
Have a fat bomb along with your meal to get that extra bit of fat you may need. There are plenty of other fat bombs out there but the ones above are recipes that I know everyone will love and will hit the spot right away.
