Remember, there are simple ways to get prebiotics in your system. You can get them through your regular diet by incorporating certain foods or you can just buy supplements to get the prebiotics you need if changing your diet isn’t going to be part of the equation.

If you’re still skeptical about prebiotics, try to realize that they are only there to help with probiotics. They aren’t going to be there to replace anything the probiotics are doing.
